We hope you have gone through the New Learning Centre business proposal listed above. You are required to follow the following steps to complete your process of making the requisite fee and submitting your online application form.

  1. The applicant has to fill Payment Deposit Challan by Clicking here and go the nearest HDFC Bank with the Fee payment Challan and pay the appropriate Application Fee through demand draft in Account No. 00461000203320 in the name & style of “Punjab Technical University”.
  2. Payment of Application Fee will be accepted through Demand Draft only.
  3. Applications once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and application fees of Rs. 15000/- once paid will not be refunded on any account.
  4. Obtain the Applicant's Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly receipted by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number, (b) Journal/Scroll number, (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
  5. Keep following documents ready before submitting for online application:

    1. Scanned copy of Memorandum of Trust / Society in pdf / jpg format
    2. Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper for exclusive use of the infrastructure in prescribed format in pdf / jpg format. Click here to download the Undertaking
    3. Front, Wide Range photo showing the locality of the centre, Reception Area, Lecture room, Computer lab & Library photographs of the centre in jpg format.

  6. Applicants are now ready to Apply Online by re-visiting the web site and by clicking the Apply online link.
  7. Carefully fill in the details from the Fee Payment Challan in the Online Application Form. Fill in all other required information. Click the Submit button. Retain your Application No., demand deraft details and Challan receipt for further reference safely.
  8. After applying Online applicant must print and send the hardcopy of application form along with all requisite documents and challan copy of PTU to Dean DEP, Punjab Technical University, Near Pushpa Gujral Science City, Jalandhar-Kapurthala Road, Kapurthala (Punjab).
  9. You can also print your copy for record.
